Hemp Bioavailability – Which Products Absorb Best

Not all hemp products absorb equally. Bioavailability—how much your body actually uses—varies dramatically between product types. This guide covers absorption rates, what affects bioavailability, and which products absorb best.

Bioavailability: The percentage of a substance that actually enters your bloodstream and is available for your body to use.

Example: If a 10mg hemp dose has 50% bioavailability, only 5mg actually reaches your bloodstream. The other 5mg passes through your system unused.
